An Inimitable Experience
Accessible, world-class opera that inspires, entertains, and brings communities together.
Our Mission
Music isn’t background décor—it's the main character. Mystic Side Opera is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to promoting the performing arts and cultural enrichment in the Greater Boston area, New England and communities across the United States. We provide accessible, world-class opera productions and cultural events that inspire and entertain audiences, while supporting local economic growth, artistic engagement, and the long-term sustainability of the arts and culture industry.
We foster collaboration between the arts and business sectors and work to future-proof careers for artists — making opera welcoming for first-time audiences and deeply rewarding for those who already love it.
